Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience and/or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock safety culture on all tasks.
• Lead pre-job safety planning and toolbox talks.
• Assign work and monitor crew performance.
• Ensure work follows contractor specs and change orders.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and loading/unloading.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and reporting of materials.
