Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and standards.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Lead toolbox and crew meetings; assign work to employees.
• Ensure work complies with Brock and client specifications and change orders.
• Oversee loading/unloading and storage of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate time records and report man-hours and quantities.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
• Ensure workers understand Brock best practices and improve methods for efficiency and safety.
