Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of craft experience or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications such as blueprints.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture on all tasks.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure compliance with rules.
• Conduct crew and toolbox meetings and assign work.
• Ensure work aligns with contract scope and change orders.
• Verify proper loading/unloading and safe equipment use.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspect work.
• Estimate material and labor needs and report time accurately.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
• Ensure workers understand Brock best practices and improve methods.
