Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Foreman for our Corpus Christi site to supervise craft workers and perform hands-on trades tasks as needed. You will lead safety planning, ensure compliance with Brock and client specifications, and direct crew activities across loading, unloading, and site operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, coordinating change orders, and supervising personnel while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with crew and supervision
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Perform pre-job safety planning (Job Hazard Analysis) for each task
• Conduct all required crew meetings regularly
• Ensure employees follow safety requirements
• Understand scope of contract and change order process
• Ensure no out of scope work is performed without approved change order
• Ensure work is performed to customer specifications
• Direct loading, unloading and storage of materials and equipment
• Maintain equipment in safe, efficient condition
• QA and QC of the work including inspection and documentation
• Order equipment and supplies as needed
• Estimate material and worker requirements
• Assign work to employees
• Maintain accurate time records and report resources
• Initiate personnel actions such as promotions/transfers/hiring
• Manage and resolve personnel issues
• Inspect progress to verify safety and specs
• Ensure workers follow Brock best practices
• Suggest improvements to methods and equipment for efficiency and safety
