Job summary

The Brock Group is seeking a Craft Lead in Lima, OH to supervise a single crew and perform skilled craft work. You will direct daily tasks, ensure safety, and uphold Brock’s standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities include safety planning, toolbox meetings, assigning work, monitoring time and material usage, and ensuring QA/QC of the work, while maintaining productive operations on site and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years craft experience, or 2 years craft experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, such as blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and best practices.
• Plan and supervise crew tasks and daily work.
• Ensure safety rules and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manage material loading/unloading and equipment use.
• Assign tasks and monitor time records and material usage.
• Review workmanship to meet quality and contract specifications.
