Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Physical Electrical Analysis Engineer to drive electrical analyses at block and top levels, including static/dynamic IR, EM and ESD evaluations.

You will verify electrical properties and help shape PDN designs across SOC blocks. Collaboration with the PI team to enhance PDN performance is essential, along with developing grid specs and implementing them using standard PnR tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with electrical analysis at block/top levels.
• Knowledge of physical design flow and PnR tools.
• Proficient in TCL, Perl and Python scripting.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical analyses at block and top levels (IR, EM, ESD).
• Verify electrical properties and PDN performance across SOC blocks.
• Develop power grid specs aligned with PPAC objectives and implement with PnR tools.
• Collaborate with PI team to improve PDN performance.
