Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a seasoned Client Strategy Lead to own and grow a portfolio of 4–6 CPG accounts, focusing on beauty, personal care, wellness, and food & beverage brands. You will diagnose growth constraints, develop data-backed strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize performance across channels including DTC, retail, and Amazon.

You will manage senior client relationships, lead quarterly reviews, and drive renewals while expanding MRR.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CPG marketing or related agency roles.
• Experience with both DTC and retail channels preferred.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and expand accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of 4–6 CPG accounts (beauty, personal care, wellness, F&B).
• Diagnose growth constraints and develop unified, data-backed strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (paid, SEO, content, influencer, creative).
• Drive renewals, grow monthly recurring revenue, and maintain senior client relationships.
