Job summary

Front Row Group is seeking an Enterprise Director, CPG (Beauty & VMS) to lead growth strategy for premier brands on and off Amazon. You will own revenue growth, shape annual plans, and build a team, collaborating with Front Row’s analytics, creative, and media teams to drive holistic, data-driven decisioning.

Must have 7+ years in growth or marketing strategy, with enterprise CPG experience, and be able to manage budgets, market dynamics, and brand-building initiatives across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth strategy, marketing strategy, or analytics, with enterprise CPG experience preferred.
• Experience leading omnichannel work for enterprise brands is essential.
• Ability to set budgets with MER targets, use MMM, and guide leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio growth strategy and revenue targets for enterprise Beauty and VMS brands.
• Own strategic direction and measurement, balancing short-term demand with long-term brand building.
• Build and lead a team of omnichannel leaders to guide holistic CPG growth.
• Partner with Front Row's analytics, creative, and media leads to deliver integrated plans.
