Job summary

equivant is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the JWorks Case Management software. You will guide customers from coast to coast, performing business process reviews and configuring the system to fit their needs. Expect 25% travel and the possibility of remote work when not onsite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the court/judicial industry.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product implementation materials, processes, and training guides.
• Onboard and train new product implementation staff for consistent service delivery.
• Manage product implementation team staff and ensure service quality.
• Analyze customers' business requirements to map processes to the software.
• Configure software applications to meet customer needs.
• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines and design documents.
• Lead setup and execution of the JWorks CMS and related software.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
• Facilitate software testing sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Advise customers on process improvements and possible additional offerings.
• Provide feedback to product/marketing teams for improvements.
• Help develop training curricula for new products.
• Travel to customer sites across the country to optimize operations.
