Job summary

Equivant is seeking an Implementation Specialist to leverage JWorks CMS and work with CourtView Justice Solutions customers across the U.S. The role requires travel up to 50% and on-site visits when needed, with remote work possible if not near a location.

You will analyze customer requirements, configure software, deliver training, and support post-implementation, contributing to process improvements in court case management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of court/judicial experience.
• Experience as a trainer with adult learning principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Experience implementing or overseeing software projects in a court/judicial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, MIS or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that meet their needs.
• Configure software applications to best meet customer business needs.
• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and design documents.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
• Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve operations.
