Job summary

Neumo seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support, enhance, and implement Court Case Management software for courts. You will lead business analysis across multiple projects, document processes, and translate needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes customer-facing engagements, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering thorough requirements and training materials. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Senior or lead business analyst experience with government software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze court workflows, operations, and judicial processes to identify improvements.
• Document current and future state processes and system interactions.
• Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Engage with customers throughout implementation lifecycle including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in JIRA.
