Job summary

equivant Court is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support CourtView Justice Solutions. The role uses JWorks Case Management software to optimize court operations across the United States. You will travel to customer sites and deliver onsite or remote training while contributing to ongoing product improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of court experience preferred with experience using and/or supporting court case management system software.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that meet their needs.
• Configure software applications to best meet the customer's business needs.
• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and functional design documents.
• Provide subject matter expertise in setup and execution of JWorks CMS and related software.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
• Facilitate software testing sessions.
• Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.
• Consult with customers to identify improvements and new service or product offerings.
• Provide feedback to product management and marketing for improved communications and enhancements.
• Assist in developing training curricula for new products and functionality.
• Travel to customer sites across the country to improve operations with our products and services.
