Job summary

equivant is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive JWorks CMS deployments for CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. nationwide. You will work onsite with customers and travel roughly 25%, with remote work possible if not near a U.S. office.

We value 4+ years in the court/judicial space, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to train staff and configure systems to fit client processes. A bonus program and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the court / judicial industry.
• Ability to travel 25%
• Experience with court case management system software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain implementation materials and guides.
• Onboard and train new implementation staff.
• Configure software to meet customer needs and deliver project deliverables.
• Deliver onsite and remote trainings and support post-implementation.
• Travel to customer sites across the country to optimize operations.
