Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial law drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, with significant experience in technology transactions.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial law drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, with significant experience in technology transactions.
- Strong judgment on legal and commercial issues that arise in technology contracting.
- Experience with AI, data, digital products or other emerging technologies is a plus.
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Protects the organization's rights in contract negotiations, settlements, and litigation.
- Identifies, evaluates, and addresses issues of legal risk.
- Researches, analyzes, and interprets proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations.
- Advises management on recent changes in laws and regulations that affect the company.
- Liaises with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.
