Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel to support our commercial contracting function and strategic business initiatives from a hybrid work model in the United States. Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, and cloud service agreements.
Experience with AI-enabled products and emerging technology issues.

Responsibilities

Lead customer, procurement, and strategic commercial negotiations and transactions.
Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial and operational issues.
Engage with customers to ensure they feel listened to and understood.
Suggest and work on improvements in processes and standard forms.
Lead and support strategic pricing initiatives and pricing governance.
