Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an experienced legal professional to draft and negotiate a broad range of EPC, BoP, and procurement agreements for utility-scale wind, solar, storage, and transmission projects. The role can be based in multiple North American locations, including Bloomington, MN, with hybrid work options.

You will provide legal guidance across long-term service, maintenance, and ancillary agreements, supervise external counsel, and help ensure compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Current bar license from one or more US or Canadian jurisdictions.
• Experience managing external counsel.
• Renewable energy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations, drafting and review of EPC, BoP, Early Work and HV Agreements.
• Lead MSAs, BESS, Tracker, Inverter, MPT, Breaker, and TSA agreements.
• Lead LTSAs, SMAs and O&M agreements.
• Create and update contract templates and provide internal legal counsel.
