Job summary

Vast seeks an Associate General Counsel to lead its in-house legal work for national security and satellite businesses. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise on DoD/Space Force contracts, OTAs, CRADAs, and prime-subcontractor arrangements, while guiding cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of major transactions.

Qualifications

• JD admitted to a state bar and eligible to practice in DC or CA.
• 9+ years in government contracts or national security transactions.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regimes.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
