Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Advanced oral and written advocacy with track record of jury outcomes
• Strong knowledge of local bench and bar practices
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Independently handle high-exposure cases and complex litigation
• Conduct advanced legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs
• Appear at court events, depositions, and hearings
• Provide case analysis and strategy recommendations to clients and partners
• Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies and testimony
