Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills and courtroom success.
• Strong knowledge of bench, bar, and local jurisdiction practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of higher exposure and complex litigation matters.
• Apply trial experience to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, trials, depositions, and other court events.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and partners.
