You will independently manage a caseload of complex litigation, mentor junior attorneys, and collaborate with experts to deliver outstanding client service across California and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong aptitude for trying cases to a jury; proven court outcomes.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy with appellate successs.
• Knowledge of bench, bar, local jurisdictional practices.
• Leadership through mentoring and collaboration to deliver client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure cases and complex litigation independently.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and written advocacy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Train insured clients and Claim partners on file handling strategies.
• Mentor attorneys and support staff.
