Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a Senior Counsel to independently and collaboratively handle complex legal matters for the organization and its global CDMO operations. Qualifications

• College degree and JD from accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one state; NC preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial law, contracting, and legal design.
• Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Experience in matrixed/global environments.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Advise senior management on legal/regulatory risks in CDMO/Life Sciences.
• Serve as principal advisor and external spokesperson on legal topics.
• Develop long-term legal strategies and playbooks.
• Partner with Commercial and Program teams on strategic collaborations.
• Manage a high-volume, complex caseload.
• Provide guidance on IP licensing and platform deals.
• Lead legal training and improve CLM processes.
• Engage outside counsel when needed.
• Support policy/compliance rollout across regions.
