Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Senior Counsel to independently and collaboratively handle complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters for the CDMO/Life Sciences businesses. Remote role with preference for East Coast; travel up to 10–20% domestically and internationally.

The Senior Counsel will advise senior management, develop contracting standards, and lead cross‑functional teams across geographies to minimize risk and enable strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and current bar admission in good standing.
• Experience in corporate law, contracting, and life sciences/pharma sectors preferred.
• Ability to resolve critical issues with limited information and high judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc.).
• Advise senior management on legal/regulatory risks impacting CDMO/Life Sciences operations.
• Lead the Legal function in executive forums and act as an external spokesperson where appropriate.
