Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team supporting Meta Compute. In this role, you will serve as a strategic legal partner for complex commercial agreements that underpin the development and deployment of Meta's global data center infrastructure at scale, including AI compute, networks, and storage.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 8+ years negotiating and drafting sophisticated technology procurement, services, and related agreements.
• Experience advising cross-functional business teams on legal risk, contract strategy, and deal structuring.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume portfolio of complex transactions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of complex infrastructure technology agreements with suppliers and partners.
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders to support transaction strategy and terms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, tax, privacy, security and regulatory teams to align structures with requirements.
• Develop scalable contract playbooks and standard forms for recurring infrastructure transactions.
• Coordinate outside counsel on infrastructure matters to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve contract review and drafting cycles.
