Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced legal professional to support Monetization Partnerships and Business Development. The role focuses on complex technology transactions, strategic partnerships, and scalable deal execution across Commerce and Meta Business Agent products.

The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice, draft and close technology deals, and collaborate with product, engineering, privacy, and policy teams to address novel issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology transactions experience at or for technology companies.
• Draft, negotiate and manage complex technology deals (licensing, product development, platform integrations).
• Advising on business development initiatives and strategic commercial deals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions.
• Lead and support 0→1 strategic partnerships from inception through launch.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Policy, and other Legal teams to resolve issues.
• Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for partnerships.
