Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team supporting Meta Compute. The role focuses on strategic partnerships for complex infrastructure agreements, including custom silicon, CPU, memory, and other hardware from ASIC and OEM vendors.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and security teams to structure, negotiate, and close high-value transactions for global data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated technology procurement, services, and related agreements.
• Experience advising cross-functional business teams on legal risk, contract strategy, and deal structuring for large-scale infrastructure or technology transactions.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume portfolio of complex transactions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of complex infrastructure technology agreements with hardware, components, and services vendors.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on transaction strategy, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transaction structures with company requirements.
• Develop scalable contract playbooks and standard form agreements for recurring infrastructure transactions.
• Coordinate outside counsel to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve contract review and drafting efficiency.
