Job summary

Databricks seeks an experienced attorney to lead international partner and channel programs within the go-to-market legal team. The role focuses on program development across multiple jurisdictions and reports to the VP, International General Counsel.

You will draft and negotiate partner agreements, guide compliance, data privacy, and IP issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale alliances.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm.
• Proven ability to develop and implement partner programs across jurisdictions.
• Ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage compliance, data privacy, and IP.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate partner agreements with cross-functional teams.

• Support channel and technology partnerships to scale growth.
• Oversee compliance for channel development across jurisdictions.
• Conduct risk assessments and update programs accordingly.
