Job summary

Databricks seeks an experienced in-house attorney with deep focus on partner and channel programs to join our go-to-market legal team. You will develop, implement, and negotiate partner agreements across multiple jurisdictions, guiding cross-functional teams in a hyper-growth tech company.

You will report to the VP, International General Counsel, supporting compliance, data privacy, information security, AI and IP, and leading training to ensure scalable, compliant channel models across global

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of combined relevant legal experience in tech and growth environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement partner programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach across teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate partner agreements and manage legal engagements with strategic partners.
• Lead or assist negotiations balancing growth with long-term risk.
• Help develop and launch new channel programs in a hyper-growth environment.
• Support channel development and contracting across jurisdictions in collaboration with Compliance.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and advise on policy gaps.
• Create and deliver training on ethics and compliance for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations and business units to scale channel programs.
