Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal and/or state law.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; strong drafting & advisory capabilities.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; advise clients on risks with minimal supervision.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
• Work closely with and advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments and other related matters.
• Projects / duties as assigned.
