Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a mid-level attorney to handle complex energy transactions, including project financings, joint ventures, venture investments, tax credit purchases, EPC contracts, and other substantial procurement agreements.

The role requires an LLB or JD from an accredited law school, a license to practice law, and 10–12 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law. Strong legal research, analytical abilities, and excellent drafting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
• Work closely with and advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments.
