Job summary

Constellation seeks a senior lawyer to handle complex energy transactions and provide strategic legal counsel to the company across multifaceted projects. You will assess risks, draft and review commercial contracts, and advise on regulatory matters affecting energy operations.

Minimum 8 years of specialized legal experience, a JD or LLB, and licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state law.
• Hold an LLB or JD and a valid license to practice law.
