Job summary

Constellation, the largest private-sector power producer, seeks a senior attorney to handle complex energy transactions and advise on legal risks for a broad portfolio of projects. The role requires strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills and licensure to practice law in applicable jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will review contracts, advise executives, and collaborate with business teams across nuclear, gas, geothermal, and renewables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to analyze legal materials and data.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal and/or state law.
• Formal law degree and bar licensure in relevant jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise complex energy transactions and assess legal and business risks.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
• Advise clients on business operations, industry developments and related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
