Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; evaluate legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
• Advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments and other related matters.
• Projects / duties as assigned.
