Qualifications
- 8+ years professional experience in a specialized area of law.
- Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal and/or state law.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; evaluate both legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision.
- Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
- Work closely with and advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments and other related matters.
- Projects / duties as assigned.
