Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a senior counsel to lead privacy, data protection, and AI program compliance across multiple business functions. Reporting to the Chief Litigation, Employment & Privacy Counsel, you will advise on state, federal, and international privacy laws and support governance for North America, South America, and Europe.

The role emphasizes developing privacy and security policies, training programs, and vendor contracting terms, with a strong focus on AI

Qualifications

• JD degree required and must be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
• 8–12 years experience as practicing attorney with 5–10 years in data privacy/security.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM; strong risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key SME and advisor to Fujifilm attorneys on data privacy and protection law.
• Advise on compliance with U.S. and global data protection laws including disclosures and consent forms.
• Collaborate with privacy and security to support and enhance the privacy program.
