Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a senior counsel to support privacy, data protection, and AI program goals across the business. You will report to the Chief Litigation, Employment & Privacy Counsel and work with Privacy Officer and Data Governance Director.

The role focuses on advising on state, federal, and international privacy laws, developing AI and privacy-related policies, and providing counsel on data protection matters in North America, South America, and Europe.

Qualifications

• JD degree with U.S. bar in good standing required.
• 8–12 years as practicing attorney, 5–10 years in privacy/security counseling.
• Knowledge of CPRA/VDCPA/CMIA/HIPAA, GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating AI/privacy/security contracts required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to Fujifilm attorneys and business teams on data privacy and protection.
• Advise on U.S. and global data protection laws, disclosures, consent, and related issues.
• Collaborate to enhance the privacy program and minimize privacy risk.
• Support PIAs/DPIAs, vendor risk reviews, and data mapping inventories.
• Develop and manage privacy training and awareness initiatives.
