Job summary

Relativity in Omaha offers a hybrid work environment for a Senior Counsel specializing in AI and legal technology. You will serve as the senior legal advisor for AI, product development, and compliance, reporting to the General Counsel and guiding strategy and contracts.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Partner, Customer Success, Strategy, and Procurement to enable growth, manage risk, and scale processes while advancing Relativity’s AI initiatives and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and US bar membership.
• Extensive AI/regulatory experience in technology environments.
• Experience supporting product, marketing, and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on AI regulatory compliance for Relativity's products and technologies.
• Negotiate terms with independent software vendors and strategic partners.
• Provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Review and draft customer-facing materials and agreements.
• Monitor AI law developments and translate into actionable guidance.
