Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to serve as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal technology. You will interpret AI law developments, draft internal policies, and negotiate with vendors and partners to enable rapid, compliant growth.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams while guiding cross-functional initiatives and advancing Relativity’s position in evolving regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in-house or at a law firm supporting technology initiatives.
• Experience with software development, OSS licensing, API terms, SaaS, and platform policies.
• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic issues to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements and customer-facing materials to enable business goals.
