Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel for AI and Legal Technology to act as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal tech. You will monitor AI law developments, draft internal policies, and negotiate terms with vendors and strategic partners.

Collaboration across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy is essential to enable fast, compliant growth. The role emphasizes practical guidance, strategic risk management, and leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (EU/US state/federal) and related compliance requirements.
Ability to draft, negotiate and interpret technology-related agreements and marketing materials.
Experience advising product, marketing, and AI-enabled offerings in technology environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development, marketing and legal tech.
Interpret AI law developments and translate into actionable guidance for product and business teams.
Develop internal policies and contract language to enable agile but compliant business operations.
Negotiate terms with vendors, open source providers, and strategic partners.
Review AI-specific terms in customer and vendor contracts and customer materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth while mitigating risk.
