Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal technology. You’ll report to the General Counsel and shape strategy as a senior, visible voice across the company.

Responsibilities include guiding AI-related legal matters, vendor negotiations, internal policy development, and compliance with evolving AI regulations. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partner, and Marketing teams to enable safe growth.

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school and US bar admission.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with AI, data, and technology issues is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
Provide creative, strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial and operational issues.
Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions.
Identify issues and propose practical paths forward while maintaining compliance.
Suggest process improvements and leverage AI legal tech tools to drive efficiency.
Advise on vendor terms, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
