Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to lead legal guidance on AI initiatives, product development, and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the General Counsel and partners with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to balance innovation with risk management.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active US bar status, and extensive experience in AI, data privacy, and technology transactions, with a proven ability to translate complex law into actionable business guidance.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with AI/technology law, regulatory matters and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial, operational and regulatory issues.
• Draft and negotiate agreements, terms, and policies impacting AI-enabled products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Strategy teams to enable growth and risk management.
• Identify process improvements to contract language and documentation to improve efficiency.
