Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to act as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal technology. You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to enable rapid, compliant growth.

The ideal candidate has JD with deep AI regulatory knowledge, experience in technology transactions, and a proven track record communicating complex legal issues to non-lawyers.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and US license to practice.
• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (EU/US) and related frameworks.
• Experience with technology transactions, IP, data privacy, and marketing law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel to internal stakeholders on commercial and operational issues.
• Review AI-specific terms in customer and vendor agreements; advise on product development, launches, and GTM strategies.
• Draft and negotiate with a focus on practical, defendable solutions; translate ambiguity into actionable guidance.
