Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel for AI and Legal Technology to guide the company on regulatory, product, and vendor matters. You will lead cross-functional discussions with Engineering, Product, and Partner teams to enable compliant innovation in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

The role requires a JD, strong background in technology transactions, IP, and privacy, and a track record of pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (US/EU) and evolving regimes.
• Experience advising product, marketing and tech teams in fast-paced environments.
• In-house or law firm exposure to technology transactions and IP issues.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead legal advisor for AI, product development, marketing and legal tech.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on commercial, operational and regulatory issues.
• Draft, negotiate and review vendor agreements, DPAs, and product terms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, partner and strategy teams to enable growth.
• Develop internal policies and playbooks to move fast while staying compliant.
