Job summary

Turner & Townsend in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control for a large-scale hyperscale data center program. You will manage cost planning, procurement strategy, change control, and governance across multiple design phases.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of cost management experience, client-facing skills, and strong knowledge of cost tools. On-site work 3 days a week is required; RICS accreditation is a plus, consultancy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• 6–7 years of cost management / project controls experience on medium-to-large projects.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical/industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across a complex data center program.
• Develop estimates and cost plans through design milestones.
• Manage procurement strategy, change management and commercial governance.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and variances.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to tool improvements.
