Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Denver-area team. We provide cost management, project controls, and commercial consultancy for data centers and corporate real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a cost management or commercial role within construction.
• Experience with medium to large-scale projects, preferably data centers or commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement and commercial strategies, including vendor prequalification and contract recommendations.
• Lead estimating services across all project phases for construction and related costs.
• Review estimates and present cost plans, value engineering, and risk assessments to clients.
• Manage cost reporting, budgets, spend forecasts, and risk registers.
• Lead final account negotiations and post-contract closeout activities.
• Use cost management tools to support project delivery and reporting.
