Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Denver-area team, supporting mission-critical data centers and corporate real estate. You will lead cost planning, commercial management, and project controls, collaborating with public and private sector clients.

The role emphasizes procurement strategy, value management, and robust cost reporting, with on-site presence required and strong client communication. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in cost management or quantity surveying within construction.
• Experience on medium to large-scale projects, preferably data centers or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement and commercial strategies, including bids and contract recommendations.
• Lead estimating across all project phases including construction costs and fees.
• Present cost plans, value engineering options, and risk assessments to clients.
• Manage cost reporting, budgets, forecasts and commercial risk registers.
• Oversee final accounts, negotiations, and post-contract closeout.
