Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator to drive the economics of complex infrastructure programs, from data centers to power grids and beyond. You will lead cost estimates, benchmarking, and life cycle costing, while identifying risks and helping shape procurement strategies.

The role requires five years in cost estimating or quantity surveying, strong CostX and MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Five years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficient in CostX to produce estimates and related documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.
• Onsite at client site to enable delivery and build client relationships.
• Some in-person time for collaboration and learning, with flexibility to support work/life needs.
