Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio.
• 5+ years of commercial management during pre-construction of major projects.

• Provide on-the-ground commercial management to protect client financially and contractually.
• Manage and report on all commercial issues to maintain transparency.
• Lead the Cost Trend Management (CTM) process for scope changes and risks.
