Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a cost management professional to lead cost estimation, budgeting and value engineering for complex programs. You will work with project managers, engineers and strategists across data centers, grids, rail networks and infrastructure, delivering cost insights from pre-contract through handover.

The role supports a flexible work model, with some in-person collaboration and remote options across client sites and Accenture offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify risks and maintain the project Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre-contract meetings with cost insights.
• Create and manage cost control reports for financial performance.
• Attend client meetings and document key points and actions.
• Assist in design meetings to assess cost implications.
• Help develop standardized project templates for documentation.
• Prepare and manage change order logs and cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for appraisals.
• Work in a hybrid/location-flexible setup with onsite/client or Accenture office.
