Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cost Manager/Estimator in the United States to shape cost reporting for colocation data centers and large infrastructure programs. You will deliver ROM estimates, align costs with WBS, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive accurate, benchmarked cost models.

The role requires 6+ years in cost management or estimating, data center and commercial project experience, and proficiency with CostX/Bluebeam/Excel. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cost management or estimating experience.
• Data Center and Commercial experience.
• Experience as a Cost Manager/Estimator with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a standardized cost reporting framework for base building costs.
• Review and validate project scope against demarcation matrices.
• Create reports aligned with WBS categories and construction phasing.
• Analyze costs against market benchmarks with VE options.
• Review security costs against client benchmarks.
• Track design changes and report cost/schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with internal commodity teams for market intelligence.
• Liaise with Client stakeholders to align estimating and program costs.
• Provide high-level ROM estimates for planning and capex.
• Develop cost modeling tools for high-level estimates.
