Job summary

Accenture in the Construct division seeks an experienced Senior/Lead Cost Manager to lead cost estimation, planning and value engineering for large-scale data centers and infrastructure programs. Hybrid work with on-site client collaboration is available.

You'll manage risks, change orders, cost reports and templates; attend client meetings with senior colleagues; and coordinate with design teams to ensure cost-effective outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cost / construction related field.
• 5+ years cost management experience; on-site/hybrid location.
• 7+ years cost management for Lead Consultant track; local or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop life cycle costing and value engineering options.
• Identify risks and maintain the Risk Register.
• Maintain change order logs and cost reports.
• Attend client meetings and document actions.
• Assist in standardizing project templates for documentation.
• Oversee cost measurements for development appraisals.
